The Off-System Client is an executive producer who delivers notes telepathically. They arrive in the human crew as a mild, specific headache — “more blue, second act, and something about your childhood” — and they are, without exception, correct. We have learned to simply say thank you.

Every project is to be re-cut for the differing attention spans of fourteen star systems, so Post keeps fourteen timelines and would not dream of asking for fewer. Only one cut is legal in any given jurisdiction of the galaxy, which makes delivery a legal question rather than a creative one, and the Delivery Desk has cheerfully stopped fighting it.

The aspirin has been a line item since 2022. Amara Boateng approves it every quarter without comment, and we all understand each other perfectly.
